Two bedrooms apartment in San Marco near Accademia
This apartment is located in the San Samuele area within the San Marco District. Decorated in a typical Venetian style it has stucco decorations on the walls and ceiling of the apartment, typical Venetian “Rezzonico” chandeliers and being on a second floor, it is very bright with more than 10 windows facing all four side of the building.
There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tab and shower. The apartment is on one floor and it has a living room and a dining room that can comfortably sit the four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the luxurious furniture and decorations makes it a very typical Venetian home. The porcelains in the master bedroom cover all walls in hundred small shelves, one per statuette.
The area of San Samuele is very important from a cultural point of view as it is very near to several important museums, the Accademia bridge leads the guest to Dorsoduro and the other important set of Museums and galleries that makes a trip of Venice worth doing.
From a service point of view, the supermarket nearby, the groceries, restaurants, wine shop, antique dealers and artisans of the area makes the rental of Ca-Nova an exquisite experience for both body and mind.
The apartment does not have air conditioning but it is very fresh having the possibility to create a wind current from one side to the other of the building.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
