Accademia Terrazza is a spacious and comfortable apartment located just a few steps from the Accademia Bridge, in the heart of Dorsoduro. Situated on the first floor of a traditional Venetian building without a lift, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers generous indoor spaces together with two large private terraces.
The apartment features three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Two additional bathrooms are available off the common areas: one located along the corridor with a bathtub, and another near the kitchen with a shower.
The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax and, upon request, a single sofa bed can be prepared for an additional guest. The apartment also includes a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
One of the most distinctive features of Accademia Terrazza is its two large terraces, located on opposite sides of the apartment. Both are furnished with tables, making it possible to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. The first terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen and dining room, while the second is reached through a corridor on the other side of the apartment, with its entrance located close to the master bedroom. Surrounded by greenery, the outdoor spaces offer a pleasant setting to relax away from the busy streets of Venice.
The interiors combine classic Venetian character with antique furniture and a collection of decorative glass pieces that have belonged to the family for generations, giving the apartment a distinctive and personal atmosphere.
Its location makes Accademia Terrazza an excellent base for exploring Venice. The Gallerie dell’Accademia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana are all within easy walking distance, together with numerous smaller galleries, restaurants, shops and some of Dorsoduro’s most characteristic streets and canals.
The Accademia vaporetto stop is just a few steps from the apartment, providing convenient connections to the main areas of Venice and the surrounding lagoon.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.
