The kitchen is fully equipped and the entrance to the building is private with lots of storage space for luggage and strollers. It is a perfect location for a family reunion or for an extended family enjoying the “Grand Tour” in Italy It has a washer and a separate dryer in a dedicated laundry space. We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
