Arsenal Large Apartment is a spacious first-floor apartment (one floor above ground level, with no lift), furnished in a classic Venetian style, with traditional details and generous living spaces that make it particularly suitable for families and groups.
The living area includes a comfortable sitting room with a large window and a small balcony overlooking the Venetian street below. Next to it, a spacious dining room furnished with antique pieces features a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The two areas are separated by an elegant glass-panelled wall, maintaining a sense of connection between the spaces while giving each room its own character.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and also features an additional dining table, ideal for breakfast or informal meals.
The apartment offers three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a third bedroom that can be arranged either with a double bed or two single beds, offering additional flexibility for families and groups. There are also two bathrooms, both equipped with shower cabins.
Arsenal Large Apartment is located in Castello, close to Riva degli Schiavoni and the Arsenale, in an area where the everyday life of Venice still plays an important role. Local shops, restaurants and traditional neighbourhood spots can all be found within easy walking distance, offering guests the opportunity to experience a more authentic side of the city.
Piazza San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs are approximately a 10-minute walk away, while the Giardini della Biennale are also within easy reach. Nearby vaporetto connections provide convenient access to the main areas of Venice and the lagoon, while from San Zaccaria the Lido and its beaches are only a short boat ride away.

In the event of a lockdown, all reservations will receive a 100% refund if canceled up to 24 hours before arrival.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
