Casa dell’Albero Apartment – A view on the canal, a stone’s throw from Piazza San Marco
This charming three-level apartment is located just a short walk from Piazza San Marco, in a quiet area of Venice. With its antique furnishings, distinctive details and private terrace, the house has a warm and characterful atmosphere.
On the ground floor, a spacious living room provides a comfortable area to relax and includes a dining table for meals at home. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped.
The first floor features a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. On the same level, there is a full bathroom as well as a separate WC.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, complete with its own ensuite bathroom. From this level, a wooden staircase leads to the private terrace, a peaceful outdoor space where guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the surrounding Venetian rooftops.
The apartment is ideally located for exploring the historic centre, with Piazza San Marco and Rialto within easy walking distance. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket can also be found nearby, making the area particularly convenient for both short and longer stays.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.
