Located in the Santa Marta area of Dorsoduro, Ca’ del Marangon is a spacious and colourful Venetian apartment overlooking a peaceful garden. Once closely connected to Venice’s commercial docks, Santa Marta is today a lively university neighbourhood with local bars, small shops and an authentic residential atmosphere. The apartment is situated close to Rio delle Terese and Ponte Longo di Santa Marta.
The apartment takes its name from the Venetian word “Marangon”, traditionally used to describe the skilled carpenters and woodworkers of the Republic of Venice. This heritage is reflected throughout the interiors, which feature beautiful wooden furniture and distinctive handcrafted pieces that give the house its warm and individual character.
The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, making it a comfortable choice for families and groups. There is also a welcoming living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Although located just a few steps above street level, the apartment is particularly quiet thanks to its position, the garden it overlooks and the double-glazed windows, creating a peaceful setting away from the busier parts of the city.
The neighbourhood offers grocery stores, small local shops, bars and everyday services within easy reach. The Santa Marta vaporetto stop is just a short walk away, while Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes, making Marangon a particularly convenient base for arriving in Venice and exploring the city.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
