An apartment surrounded by gardens and overlooking the water, the Water-View Alcove is a romantic apartment situated on the ground floor, completely furnished in a modern style.
The living area consists of a living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen and a large window bringing in a lot of light and offering a panoramic view of the canal below. The rest of the space consists of a large double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is surrounded by a large shared garden, where it is possible to enjoy breakfast outside or have an aperitif in the shade of the plants, sitting comfortably in the outdoor lounge area.
The apartment is located in the Cannaregio district, one of the most authentic areas of the city, with the green market of Rio Terà San Leonardo near the Ponte delle Guglie. A few steps away is the Jewish Ghetto Ebraico and Fondamenta degli Ormesini, where the many bars and restaurants along the banks of the canal with outdoor seating host Venetian aperitifs and happy hours every evening.
The nearest waterbus stops are Guglie and San Marcuola on the Grand Canal, for easy and quick connections to all main attractions.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
