Questo fantastico appartamento si trova al 4° piano di un antico palazzo ed è composto da 2 camere matrimoniali con letti queen size e arredate con mobili del XVII e XVIII secolo che le rendono particolarmente affascinanti, 2 bagni entrambi con doccia e finiture in marmo pregiato, cucina completamente attrezzata e sala da pranzo al piano superiore. Il soggiorno ampio e luminoso può accogliere fino ad 8 persone e la sala da pranzo dispone di 8 posti a sedere. Inoltre è presenta una terrazza con vista panoramica a 360 gradi attrezzato con poltrone ed un tavolo dove è possibile prendere il sole o cenare così da diventare prolungamento del soggiorno all’esterno.
Nelle vicinanze è presente un supermercato (SIMPLY) e diversi generi alimentari. A pochi passi c’è un rinomato ristorante con splendido plateatico in Campo Sant’Angelo e molti altri raggiungibili a piedi tra Calle della Mandola e Campo Santo Stefano.
La fermata del vaporetto più vicina è quella di Sant’Angelo che collega anche all’aeroporto con la navetta di Alilaguna.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
