Questo appartamento si trova al piano terra, ed è un unico grande spazio diviso da pareti in legno per creare un ampio spazio soggiorno con divani e poltrone colorati, la zona pranzo con un ampio tavolo che può ospitare fino a 10 persone, 2 bagni di cui uno privato accessibile dalla camera da letto matrimoniale ed una cucina completamente attrezzata e rifinita in foglia d’oro.
L’ambiente ha un’atmosfera che mescola elementi tradizionali come le travi in legno a vista ed elementi di arredo classici e contemporanei. Il tutto rende l’ambiente caldo, allegro ed accogliente.
L’appartamento si trova in una strada laterale che lo isola dalle strade affollate ma allo stesso tempo si raggiunge Piazza di San Marco in 10 minuti di passeggiata. Nei dintorni, in Calle lunga Santa Maria Formosa, è possibile trovare botteghe artigiane, negozi e ristoranti. Non lontano ci trovano anche 2 supermercati.
La fermata del vaporetto più vicina è quella dell’Ospedale che collega anche all’aeroporto Marco Polo.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
