Ca’ del Pescador is a rare Venetian home: a three-storey house filled with natural light, with a private garden and an extraordinary front-row view over the Grand Canal, facing the Ca’ d’Oro. On the ground floor, an inviting living area unfolds into a lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient guest bathroom. The first floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a second bedroom with a small double bed (one-and-a-half), plus an additional bathroom on the same level. The top floor hosts a single bedroom with its own bathroom and a beautiful terrace looking out over the garden and the Grand Canal. Interiors are thoughtfully curated, creating a warm, elegant atmosphere without feeling formal.
The location makes it easy to experience Venice at its most authentic: Ca’ del Pescador sits just around the corner from Rialto’s famous fish market, where the city feels wonderfully alive in the morning and surprisingly quiet later on. From the doorstep, local shops, bacari and waterside walks are moments away, with the rhythm of everyday Venice all around.

Location
Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri.” Castello is the most populated and most popular district of the city of Venice. Among the most fascinating areas there is Via Garibaldi, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants that open onto the street. From here, you can experience the daily life of the many residents who meet up here to chat and shop. Nearby is the monumental Venetian Arsenal, where the boats and ships of the Republic of Venice were built. Today, it is a magnificent space in which the Venice Biennale hosts some of its art and architecture exhibitions. Walking toward Sant’Elena, you cross the Giardini della Biennale, the other Biennale exhibition center. The Giardini open onto the largest green area of the city: the Park of Sant’Elena. Making your way toward San Marco, you step onto Riva degli Schiavoni, which leads you to Ponte della Paglia. From here, you can see the splendid Bridge of Sighs and can quickly reach Piazza San Marco, which is just around the corner.

In case of lockdown, all bookings will be refunded 100% if the cancellation occurs up to 24 hours from the arrival date.
If you decide to cancel your booking, the refunding process works as follows:
– 100% refund if cancellation takes place 15 days before arrival date.
– 50% refund if cancellation takes place from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival date.
– No refund if cancellation takes place within 1 week before arrival date.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address. A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

There is a €50,00 surcharge for late check-ins after 8PM.
After 10PM, the surcharge is of €100,00. You must send in a request for check-ins past midnight.

You will be asked to pay the city tax at the moment of check-in. This fee applies for each guest and is calculated based on the category of the accommodation, the age of the guests checking in, and the length of the stay period.
No smoking and candle.Guests are not allowed to smoke within the house and use candles inside apartments.
No pets or animals.No animals are allowed inside the house.
House cleaning before and after guest stays.We carefully clean and prepare every house before guests arrive and after they check-out. If you wish, you may request extra towels and cleaning services for a fee.
