Description
Venetian Velvet is a perfect location for a large family group or friends’ gathering. In fact, it has 5 bedrooms, and some of them are quite large, which can host a third bed as well. The apartment is on one floor, the first floor, and it has a separate kitchen, a large living and dining room with a widescreen TV, and an extensible table that can seat up to 15 guests. There are 4 bathrooms, all with a cabin shower, and the view is: on one side of the building, a private garden, and on the other side face the Rio delle Romite, which is a very typical Venetian small canal.
The Venetian Velvet has been completely refurbished in 2026, and it can be a perfect location for any excursion in town. Being in Dorsoduro, it is already a perfect location for sightseeing, bacaros, Museums, sunny walks, gelatos, restaurants, and wine tours.
Close to Zattere and Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto stops, it is also very close to the Accademia area where there are the Accademia Museum of Belle Arti, the Guggenheim Foundation, Palazzo Franchetti, i Magazzini del Sale and the F.Pinault Collection at Dogana.
The apartment is very bright, quiet, and logistically strategic for any type of guest in Venice. We have chosen this style as we believe it is relaxing and at the same time different from the ordinary and the everyday life we leave behind when we come to Venice.

Location
Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri”. The district of Dorsoduro is often referred to as the “Miglio dei Musei”, the Museum Mile. This elegant part of the city, rich in art galleries and artisan shops and boutiques, hosts some of the most important museums in Venice: the Gallerie dell’Accademia, the Guggenheim Museum, the Cini Gallery, and Punta della Dogana.
The Fondamenta delle Zattere, overlooking the Giudecca canal and island, is a perfect promenade to take a stroll and experience some of the most beautiful sunsets, enjoying an aperitif on the water or a dinner in one of the many restaurants in the area.

In case of lockdown, all bookings will be refunded 100% if the cancellation occurs up to 24 hours from the arrival date.
If you decide to cancel your booking, the refunding process works as follows:
– 100% refund if cancellation takes place 15 days before arrival date.
– 50% refund if cancellation takes place from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival date.
– No refund if cancellation takes place within 1 week before arrival date.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address. A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

There is a €50,00 surcharge for late check-ins after 8PM.
After 10PM, the surcharge is of €100,00. You must send in a request for check-ins past midnight.

You will be asked to pay the city tax at the moment of check-in. This fee applies for each guest and is calculated based on the category of the accommodation, the age of the guests checking in, and the length of the stay period.
No smoking and candle.Guests are not allowed to smoke within the house and use candles inside apartments.
No pets or animals.No animals are allowed inside the house.
House cleaning before and after guest stays.We carefully clean and prepare every house before guests arrive and after they check-out. If you wish, you may request extra towels and cleaning services for a fee.
